Job Purpose
The Customer Service Officer will assist customers by addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience. Assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and helping them with internet surfing, photocopying, scanning and typing.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with internet surfing, photocopying, scanning and typing
Investigating and resolving customer complaints
Processing customer stationary orders
Upselling and cross-selling products and services
Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Providing accurate product or service information.
Resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Processing orders, returns, and refunds.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
Escalating customer issues to the Customer Service Manager

Primary Areas of Accountability:
Qualifications and Experience
Grade Twelve Certificate
A qualification in Computers will be a plus
Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience working with Computers, Photocopying, Scanning and TypingÂ
Working for a business center in the same capacity will be a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be preferably a resident of Chilenje, Libala, Woodlands, Chilenje South or Kabwata
