STORE SUPERVISOR

The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the company runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to;

Training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
Preparing employee work schedules.
Ensuring all staff adhere to standards, company policies, and procedures.
Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.
Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.
Ensuring offices are adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Motivating employees to reach sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Handling customer complaints.

Requirements:

·      Experience in retail, store PIC or supervisor

·      Strong motivation and commitment to the work

·      Fast learner and quick adaptability

·      Minimum of Diploma or equivalent in business administration, business management, accountancy or other equivalent; University degree is an advantage

·      Proven track of at least 2 years’ experience in retail and/ sales

·      Experience of managing cash accounts, procurements, writing reports and plans.

·      Demonstrated experience in working with customers and sales

·      Excellent English language skills

·      Working experience in accounts, HR and admin is an advantage

·      Excellent communication skills and analytical skills, flexibility, time-management, ability to work under stress and in difficult conditions

·      Basic knowledge of financial management

·      Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Starting date: February 2026
