INVITATION FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Project: Turnkey Water Treatment Plant (1,000 Litres per Hour)

Location: Zambia

1. Project Overview

Qualified and experienced water treatment companies or individuals are invited to submit proposals for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete water treatment plant with a minimum capacity of 1,000 litres per hour.

2. Scope of Works

The successful bidder shall be responsible for the following:

A. Supply of Equipment

Raw water pre-treatment system
Multi-media (sand) filter
Activated carbon filter
Water softener
RO system (1,000 LPH minimum capacity)
UV sterilizer
Ozone generator
Mineral dosing system
Food-grade storage tanks
High-pressure pumps
Control panel and electrical components
Interconnecting piping (uPVC / stainless steel where applicable)

B. Installation Works

Mechanical installation of all supplied equipment
Electrical installation and control wiring
Plumbing and interconnections
Proper layout within the plant area
Integration with laboratory sampling points

C. Testing & Commissioning

System pressure testing
Water quality testing
Performance testing at full capacity
Final commissioning and handover

D. Training & Documentation

Operator training (basic operation and maintenance)
Operation & maintenance manual
As-built drawings
Warranty certificates
3. Technical Requirements

• Capacity: 1,000 LPH minimum

• Compliance with ZABS and WHO drinking water standards

• New and energy-efficient equipment

4. Bidder Qualifications

• Proven experience in similar projects

• Minimum three completed references

• Valid company registration and tax compliance

5. Proposal Submission

Proposals must include:

1.    Company profile

2.    Technical proposal (system description & layout)

3.    Detailed bill of quantities (BOQ)

4.    Delivery and installation timeline

5.    Warranty details

6.    After-sales service plan

7.    Financial proposal (quoted in ZMW)
