Job description
Experience
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cashier or sales role.
-Hands-on experience in sales transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system, preferably Sage POS.
Responsibilities:
-Receive, record, and reconcile customer payments accurately.
-Issue invoices, quotations and receipts in line with approved orders and company -procedures.
-Process sales transactions through the POS system efficiently and accurately.
-Prepare daily cash, bank, and POS sales reports.
-Liaise with the Finance and Sales Departments to ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
Requirements
-Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
-Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
-Must be based in Lusaka.
-Age limit not less than 25yrs
