Overall Purpose
Responsible for supporting the rollout, performance, and commercial success of Zamtel’s Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) services. The role focuses on product performance monitoring, customer experience, coordination of deployment activities, and optimisation of FTTH offerings to drive uptake, revenue growth, and service quality.
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
Professional Registration
EIZ or related membership
Minimum Experience
3-5 years’ experience in FTTH, fixed broadband, or telecom service delivery
Key Skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills • Ability to interpret technical performance metrics and translate them into actions • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
