Overall Purpose
Acts as a first line support for all IT related issues to ZAMTEL staff. The Administrator IT Service Desk is responsible of tracking incidents and service requests, as well as addressing support requests, in order to ensure that service levels and targets are maintained and fulfilled, meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery expectations.
