Role Overview : Responsible for preparing and monitoring all documentation with regard to the export of Tobacco in compliance with AOI Shipping and Operating Standard/Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares export documentation for Customs Clearance daily in compliance with AOI Export and Customs Clearance SOP’s.
Prepares and submits final legalized export Customer documentation to the AOI back offices daily in compliance with AOI Shipping SOP’s.
Prepares the shipping booking advices through SAP daily in compliance with AOI Standard Operating Procedures
Prepares the sailing advices through SAP and updates the cockpit daily in compliance with AOI Standard Operating Procedures
Processes freight invoices, submits to Finance for payment, follows up and advises the customer in compliance with AOI Standard Operating Procedures

Full Grade 12 Certificate
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
SAP, Customs Clearance and Forwarding knowledge
Logistics , Planning and Organizing Skills
Tobacco knowledge added advantage
