ZAMBIA FEDERATION OF DISABILITY ORGANISATIONS (ZAFOD)

CALL FOR VENDORS – 2026

Zambia Federation of Disability Organisations (ZAFOD) hereby invites eligible, reputable, and qualified vendors to register for inclusion in the 2026 Approved Supplier Database. This exercise aims to promote transparent, competitive, and efficient procurement processes for goods and services required in the implementation of ZAFOD projects and operations.

ü Office stationery & supplies

ü ICT equipment and services

ü Motor vehicle servicing & repairs

ü Fuel supply

ü Printing, branding & visibility materials

ü Consultancy services

ü Accommodation, conferencing & catering

ü Transport and logistics

ü Construction, rehabilitation & maintenance services

ü General goods and services

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested companies must submit the following documents:

1. Company Profile

2. Certificate of Incorporation

3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

4. VAT Registration / TPIN

5. Trading Licence (where applicable)

6. At least three (3) past performance references

7. Bank details/proof of bank account (e.g., bank confirmation or cancelled cheque)

8. Industry-specific certifications (where relevant)

ü All submissions must be sent via email to: info@zafod.net

ü Email subject line: “Vendor Registration 2026 – [Company Name]”

ü Deadline for submission: 28th February, 2026

ü Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Evaluation & Notification:

Applications will be assessed based on eligibility, capacity, and compliance. Acceptance into the supplier database does not guarantee a contract award but ensures consideration for procurement opportunities during 2026.
