SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Third Open Eye Security Services is seeking a reliable, experienced, and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety of clients, property, and assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and deploy security guards across assigned sites

Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and client requirements

Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to assess security risks

Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and incident reports

Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms

Train and mentor security guards on procedures, discipline, and professionalism

Liaise with clients, management, and law enforcement when necessary

Ensure proper use and maintenance of security equipment

Report any breaches, misconduct, or safety concerns to management

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard

Minimum Grade 12 certificate (additional security training is an advantage)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physically fit and alert

Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and risk management

Clean disciplinary and criminal record
