Job description
We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Procurement Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services in line with company requirements
Support the preparation of purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and documentation
Assist with inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
Conduct supplier visits, collections, and deliveries when required
Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery notes, and invoices
Support the procurement and supply chain team with administrative duties
Minimum Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
Honesty, integrity, and good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
Added Advantage
Previous experience in a procurement, stores, or supply chain role
Experience working in a field or operational environment
