Job description
– Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, etc.)
– Handle customer inquiries and issues
– Maintain accurate records and cash handling
– Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
– Minimum Grade 12 certificate
– Good math and cash-handling skills
1-2 years Previous experience in sales, retail, or mobile money is an added advantage
– Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-focused
This is a commission (40%) based job opportunity.
