Check opening stock as per reports on a daily basis specially running items
Verify all the incoming materials according to SOPs
Prepare bills/Goods receipt PO of incoming materials and submit to supervisors
Verify all the last day activity In and Out rectify the error if any
Ensure the implementation of stock management system
Strong coordination with user departments
Analysis the aging of stock and communicate to management about obsolete stock
Maintain receipt, records, and withdrawals of stock room
Receive ,unload, and pack shelve supplies
Perform other stock related duties including ,packing pricing, and labeling supplies
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursement and record keeping
Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Ensuring adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Coordinate general stock issuance ,movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
Keep the store fully packed
Maintain the high level of visual merchandising and store conditions
Ensure to submit monthly performance report by 05 of every month.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualification

Must have a full grade 12 certificate.
Must have a diploma/degree in purchasing and supply or any relevant field.
Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience
Must be a registered member of Zambia institute of purchasing and supply -Added advantage
Must have good communication skills verbal and written
