Role Overview
Cinitec is seeking a highly driven and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, solution selling, and revenue growth.This role combines technical understanding, consultative selling, and account management, with a strong focus on identifying business gaps and proposing technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
 Identify, engage, and onboard new clients (Individuals, SMEs, Corporates)
 Conduct client discovery sessions and business gap analysis
 Translate business needs into tailored IT solutions and proposals
 Drive revenue growth through new sales, renewals, and upselling
 Manage and grow strategic client relationships
 Contribute to the identification of new service lines and revenue opportunities
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related field
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Sales, IT Account Management, Technical or EnterpriseSolutions Sales
 Proven track record of sales excellence is a strong added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
