1. DRIVER (3 POSITIONS)
Location: Solwezi
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and responsible Drivers to operate company trucks safely and efficiently. The role involves transportation of goods, vehicle care, and adherence to road safety and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Chinese trucks and Volvo trucks (12 gears, 3-position)
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults
Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
Comply with traffic laws and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
Minimum Requirements:
Valid CE Driver’s License
Minimum 2 years driving experience
Ability to drive Chinese trucks and Volvo 12-gear trucks
Good road safety knowledge
Physically fit and reliable
2. WORKSHOP FOREMAN
Location: Solwezi
Job Description:
The Workshop Foreman will manage workshop operations, supervise mechanics, and ensure all trucks are serviced and repaired efficiently to maintain operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workshop staff and daily operations
Plan and monitor repairs and preventive maintenance
Work on Chinese and Volvo trucks
Ensure workshop safety, discipline, and productivity
Prepare reports on vehicle condition and maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Hands-on experience with Chinese and Volvo trucks
Minimum Craft Certificate in Heavy Duty Engineering
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
3. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Location: Solwezi
Reports to: Administration Manager
Job Description:
The Administration Assistant will provide administrative support, manage documentation, assist with reporting, and support coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative and clerical duties
Prepare reports and maintain records
Use Microsoft Office Suite, Ctrack, and other systems
Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
Support logistics and operational coordination
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
Strong voice of command and communication skills
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Transport &Logistics
