Purpose of the Role
The Geo-marketing Analyst will lead the processing, analysis, and quality control of geo-marketing and infrastructure data, supporting field investigations and project planning through advanced GIS analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Process, integrate, and analyses field data using QGIS and other GIS tools
Prepare and maintain basemaps and investigation zones
Allocate survey areas and manage data deployment on investigator tablets
Consolidate, validate, and analyze data collected by surveyors and auditors
Identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardization of data
Coordinate with OSP and Design teams to update and validate new information
Conduct briefing and debriefing sessions with field teams
Support training, methodology alignment, and continuous improvement
Develop reports, dashboards, and project tracking tools
Participate in weekly project review and monitoring meetings
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Geomatics, Geo-marketing, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
(Economics or Business degrees with strong analytical and GIS capability will be considered)
Strong proficiency in QGIS, MapInfo, AutoCAD, Google Earth
Proven ability to analyses and manage large datasets
Good knowledge of Lusaka’s geography and socio-economic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of FTTH / fixed telecom networks is an added advantage
Fluency in English and local languages
