Job Title: IT Projects Manager

Role Purpose: Provide senior-level leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of all major IT projects across the Group, ensuring alignment with business needs, operational readiness, and digital transformation goals.

Key Impact Areas:

– Deliver enterprise-wide IT projects on time and within budget.

– Standardise project governance, documentation, and reporting.

– Lead vendor management, SLAs, and technical evaluations.

– Drive system implementations, migrations, UAT, and change management.

– Ensure cybersecurity, IT standards, and audit readiness across all projects.

Core Responsibilities:

– Lead project planning, scoping, feasibility, and resource allocation.

– Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and governance documents.

– Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, HR, Commercial, Country Teams).

– Oversee go‑live readiness, hypercare, and transition to BAU teams.

Required Experience:

– Degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.

– 7+ years managing major IT projects.

– Strong experience with cloud platforms, ERP/CRM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and integrations.
