Digital Marketer (Part-Time, Remote)

Adroit Engineering Construction Limited – Lusaka, Zambia

Adroit Engineering Construction Limited is seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence, creating engaging content, and supporting the company’s strategic communication and branding efforts.

This is a remote, part-time position, and the successful applicant must be self-driven, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

 Requirements

·       Highly creative with strong digital marketing abilities and strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and google analytics.

·       Must have their own equipment (laptop, software, internet connection) to carry out all tasks effectively.

·       Must sign the company’s Data Collection & Confidentiality Policy upon engagement.

·       Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

·       Ability to manage and grow the company’s social media platforms professionally:(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-tok)

·       Available for the company’s strategic planning meetings when required.

·       Ability to work remotely and part-time with good time management

·       Must submit a portfolio showcasing previous work.

·        Qualification: Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Digital marketing, Graphic designing or related field.

·       Experience: 3 years plus

Key Responsibilities

§ Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

§ Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) for social media.

§ Manage daily operations of all company social media accounts.

§ Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.

§ Optimize content to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

§ Conduct competitor and market research to support marketing initiatives.

§ Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and digital ads.

§ Collaborate with the management team on marketing campaigns and brand direction.

§ Maintain company confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

§ Support the company during strategic planning and relevant meetings.

§ Monitor trends in digital marketing, construction industry marketing, and technology.

§ Suggest growth opportunities for brand awareness and customer engagement.

§ Design and updating company profile when required.
