Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Merit or better)
Graduation between 2023–2025
Full Grade 12 Certificate with good grades
All academic qualifications should be ZAQA Certified

Program Overview
The Yalelo Graduate Trainee Program is an intensive 12-month development program that nurtures smart young people who are eager to start a career in the fish industry.
Key Graduate Trainee Responsibilities;
Participate in a 12-month rotational program across key departments
Gain a holistic understanding of how each function contributes to overall business success
Work on assigned projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Participate in leadership development sessions and on-the-job training
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders
Contribute innovative ideas to improve operations.
Prepare project reports and present key learnings to management after each rotation
