Job Title: MTN Zambia Foundation Specialist

 The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

 Monitors all CSI activities online with a goal of building and maintaining an engaged digital community.
Regularly updates all social media platforms operated by the Foundation.
Manages day-to-day interactions with digital media and creative advertising agencies.
Collaborate with the media agency to develop strategies and media content that distinguish the MTN Zambia Foundation in the market.
Provide weekly/monthly reports to the supervisor according to their requirements and as when needed.
Organize filming and photography for all Foundation activities and archive them for future reference.
Assist in preparing motivations for project implementation, prepare regular reports on project implementation and expenses upon request by the Foundation Coordinator.
Collect and save PR and CSI content (videos and pictures) unto the shared drive.

Candidate Requirements

Degree in Media Relations or Mass Communication and Public Relations or Journalism and/or Project Management.
At least 3 years proven experience in public relations, management of social media and digital marketing for donor agencies or community-based organisations or Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO).
Experience in management and implementation of communication plans and tracking performance of the media content and campaigns.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with industry professionals or social media influencers.
Experience in fund raising, budget management and financial reporting.
