? VOLUNTEER CALL: JOIN ZANESWA’S EXECUTIVE & COMPLIANCE TEAMS
The Zambia National Economic and Social Welfare Association (ZANESWA) is building a high-integrity, compliance-driven Executive Committee to safeguard Zambia’s future. We are recruiting committed, trustworthy professionals to volunteer their time and skills to our mission.
Our Vision: To establish a Zambia where economic progress is achieved through absolute ethical compliance and transparency in governance.
Our Mission: To actively monitor, examine, and evaluate the national governance framework, including electoral processes, to combat corruption and ensure the highest standards of integrity and social equity for all citizens.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE
All positions are voluntary during the institutional start-up phase, with potential remuneration upon securing Tier 1 funding.
I. EXECUTIVE GOVERNANCE ROLES (Age Requirement: 30 Years and Above)
These roles require professional maturity and certified expertise.
* Legal Counsel (Certified Lawyer): Provide continuous legal advice on all governance matters, NGO compliance, constitutional issues, and support the Secretary General with high-stakes filings.
* Treasurer: Manage institutional finances, oversee budgeting, and ensure strict fiduciary compliance and readiness for audits.
* Secretary General: Manage all official legal filings, internal governance documents, and high-level correspondence.
* Director of Resource Mobilization: Lead the development of grant proposals, secure partnerships with INGOs, and manage long-term funding strategies.
II. OPERATIONAL & SUPPORT ROLES (Age Requirement: 25 Years and Above)
* Director of Programs & Compliance: Develop training for ECZ Monitors, manage volunteer deployment, and ensure strict adherence to the Electoral Code of Conduct in the field.
* Public Relations & Media Coordinator: Manage all external communications, craft official press statements, and coordinate with media partners.
* Secretary/Administrative Assistant: Provide critical operational support, handle scheduling, manage communication systems, and assist the Secretary General with day-to-day administrative tasks.
MANDATORY APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

* Certified National Registration Card (NRC) Copy
* Clear Police Fingerprints/Police Clearance Report (The cost of obtaining this report is borne by the applicant, demonstrating your personal commitment to integrity).
* Age Compliance: 30+ years for Executive Roles; 25+ years for Operational Roles.
* Academic Qualification in any field is a strong added advantage.
