Manjapamodzi Innovations Limited is a Zambian-based consulting firm committed to advancing sustainable development through innovative, evidence-based solutions. We collaborate with development partners, governments and private sector actors to deliver scalable and impactful solutions to today’s most pressing challenges.
As our portfolio grows, we are expanding our network of independent consultants to collaborate on assignments across within Zambia and beyond.
Who We Are Looking For
We invite expressions of interest from experienced and results-driven consultants in the following thematic areas:
· Sustainable Agriculture and Environment – promoting climate-resilient value chains, natural resource management and green innovation.
· Education and Communication – strengthening learning systems, capacity development and strategic communications for social impact.
· Mining and Engineering Solutions – providing technical expertise in mining, electrical and electronics engineering to drive innovation and efficiency.
· Cross-cutting Themes – integrating gender equality, youth empowerment, and climate change adaptation across all our work.
Minimum Requirements
A Master’s degree or PhD in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Environmental Management, Agriculture, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in your area of expertise.
Demonstrated technical competence in one or more of the following:
Project design and management
Policy and strategy development
Baseline, midterm, and endline evaluations
Quantitative and qualitative research
Data analysis and reporting
Capacity development and facilitation
Proposal development and technical writing
