Internship Opportunity: Client Care Intern
Location: Woodlands, Lusaka, Zambia
Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time, Paid)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative Client Care Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, marketing communication, and administrative support within a professional services environment. The successful candidate will support the Client Care Department in designing digital content, drafting client proposals, and performing a variety of support tasks to enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Design and schedule engaging social media posts to promote the company’s services and initiatives.
Assist in drafting client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support the team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
Help maintain and update the company’s client database and communication records.
Participate in client feedback collection and contribute ideas to improve client care processes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead to support departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Canva (or other graphic design tools).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is an added advantage.
