Job description
MAIN DUTIES
· Effective marketing of General Insurance products to customers
· Service customers after selling products
· Attend to all matters that may be raised by customers
· Keep a clean record of all customers
· Identify opportunities for new products
· Collect premium and issue receipts and covernotes
· Report all client complaints to the Company
REQUIREMENTS
· Individual or Sole trader
· Individuals should be above 25 years old
· Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
· Insurance or Marketing Qualifications
· Relevant Experience in the same field shall be an added advantage
SKILLS
· Ability to achieve targets set
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
· Ability to work without supervision
· Ability to create long lasting customer relationship
· Outgoing and able to meet high profile customers
