Job description
Chemonics International Inc., under the U.S. Department of State’s Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) Project (Prime Contract No. AID-OAA-I-15-00004-AID-OAA-TO-15-00007/AID-OAA-TO-15-00009), invites qualified offerors to submit proposals for transportation services of health commodities within Zambia.
The RFP outlines all relevant details and can be accessed via the provided link here or requested by emailing SPDprocurement@ghsc-psm.orgbetween 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (excluding U.S. and Zambian public holidays). The pre-proposal conference registration link is here.
The scope includes distribution of Ministry of Health commodities from the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) in Lusaka to regional hubs, district health offices, and health facilities.
Questions may be submitted via email to SPDprocurement@ghsc-psm.orgby the deadline below. Dates indicated in the RFQ are subject to change at Chemonics’ discretion. Amendments will be issued as needed. Pre-registration for the proposal conference must be sent to SPDprocurement@ghsc-psm.org, and confirmations will be provided.
This RFP does not commit Chemonics to award a subcontract or reimburse proposal preparation costs. Chemonics reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in its best interest.
