Job description
We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Cropping Team Member to join our Cropping Department.
The successful candidate will support all field operations — from land preparation and planting to crop maintenance, harvesting, and equipment care.
Key Duties:
Assist with land preparation, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
Support fertilizer and pest control programs under supervision.
Maintain tools, equipment, and field hygiene standards.
Report daily on going progress and field conditions.
Requirements:
Experience in farm or cropping operations preferred.
Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain high safety standards.
Physically fit and reliable with a positive attitude.
