Job description
Sales Assistant Wanted – Join Our Retail & Wholesale Clothing Factory!
A new and exciting clothing boutique is looking for a friendly, reliable, self-driven and results-oriented Sales Assistant to help us grow the retail and wholesale business in Kitwe and the Copperbelt province!
Location: Kitwe (no relocation fee offered).
Working Hours: Flexible Working Hours
Start Date: TBA
Responsibilities:
• Attract new wholesale and retail customers using social media, personal selling and other platforms.
• Handle customers and ensure successful closure of sales, while ensuring cleanliness and display of the shop
• Keep daily sales records and perform simple accounting
• Monitor daily stock levels and assist with inventory
Requirements:
• Basic math and record-keeping skills
• Good communication, good interpersonal and customer service
• Honest, punctual, self-motivated, neat and responsible
• Previous clothing retail and wholesale experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
• Minimum Grade 12 certificate with passes in Mathematics and English
• Similar qualifications or experience with at least three (03) traceable references is an added advantage
