POSITION: MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER

‘Just Meat’ is a newly established business which aims at becoming one of the top meat suppliers in Lusaka and beyond. Hence, we are seeking a female dynamic Marketing and Sales Officer to develop, implement, and lead our Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical skills to manage campaigns across various channels and meet set targets.

Key duties:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading our marketing efforts and drive brand growth.

• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, consumer behavior and competitive land scape.

• Managing digital marketing channels including social media.

• Analyzing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.

• Review sales performance, devise and present strategies and promotional ideas.

• Utilize critical market and competitive research to segment and define target markets.

• Refine and improve the product value proposition and implement the best market-penetration strategies.

• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, online content, and advertisements.

• Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients, address their needs and, and satisfaction.

• Track sales, answer questions about the products, provide information, and follow-up customers.

Minimum requirements

• Diploma in Marketing.

• Experience in meat industry is an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills.

• Holder of a clean driver’s license

• Self-starter who is target driven and self-motivated and must be comfortable in target-oriented environment.
