Job description
Job Title: Marketing and Sales Personnel (Printing and Branding Industry)
Location: Lusaka Zambia
Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Personnel is responsible for promoting the company’s printing, branding, and promotional products/services, managing client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality branded materials. This role combines sales, customer service, creative input, and project coordination to enhance brand visibility and meet client marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote printing and branding services.
* Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
* Meet with clients to understand their branding requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Coordinate the production of branded materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
* Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
* Manage marketing materials and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
* Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Experience in the printing, branding, or promotional products industry is preferred.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of branding processes, materials, and production timelines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is required.
