Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction and a valid Engineering Practicing License (EIZ).

The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects — including solar pumping, borehole installations, plumbing, and small-scale irrigation systems — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project implementation — from site assessments and design reviews to completion and commissioning.
Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and technical staff on project sites.
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and procurement in collaboration with the Operations and Procurement departments.
Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
Support the development of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction
Valid EIZ Practicing License (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in water, construction, or solar-related projects.
Proven experience in project management, team supervision, and on-site execution.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and able to prepare technical documentation.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to project sites.
