MPC Health Care  is currently looking for a Collection Specialist in the Operation division to hire:

Responsibilities:

·        Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. He/she will be responsible for collection, contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.

·        He/she should strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

·        Resolve billing and customer credit issues

·        Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

·        Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity

·        Coordinating activities to ensure adherence to scheduled collection times

·        Update account status records and collection status

·        Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies

Requirements

1.       Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role

2.     Working knowledge of MS Office specially excel application

3.     Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

4.     Skilled in negotiation

5.     Valid driving license
