We are looking for ECE AND PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS!

Green Carpet School located in Lusaka, Chawama Compound seeks the services of :

1. PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ( MAIN DUTIES)

v Develop and implement engaging lesson plans following the Zambian Primary Curriculum.

v Prepare Schemes of work and weekly forecasts following the Zambian Primary curriculum 

v  Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learner understanding and participation.

v Conduct assessments, give constructive feedback, and support learners’ academic progress.

v Cater to diverse learning needs, including special education learners.

v Prepare charts and other teaching and learning materials

v Prepare individual work plan

v Prepare home works, assessments and end of term tests

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

v Grade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits subjects including English and Mathematics and any Science subject.

v Diploma or Degree in Primary Education and Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.

v  Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and holder of a Valid Practicing Licence.

v  At least 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).

v Should be able to teach Cinyanja.

v Must be computer literate- word, excel and power point proficient.

v Desire to continue to grow and develop professionally

v Great communication and interpersonal skills

v Good organization and time management skills.

v Enthusiasm and flexibility.

v Should have a Christian background.
