JOB TITLE: ICT ANALYST BUSINESS SYSTEMS
JOB LOCATION: LUSAKA
Job summary:
To provide effective design, analysis, maintenance, monitoring, maintenance and support of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Business Systems platforms, applications, software and databases of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
· Planning, Analysis and Improvement of ICT platforms, Applications, software, Databases and documents systems
· Testing of ICT platforms, applications, software, databases and document systems
· Release of ICT platforms, application, Software, databases and documents systems
· Deployment of ICT platforms, applications, software, databases and document systems
· Monitoring of ICT platforms, applications, software, Databases and Document Systems
· Maintenance of ICT platforms, applications, software, Databases and Document Systems
· Support of ICT platforms, applications, software, Databases and Document Systems
· Support of ICT platforms, applications, software, Databases and Document Systems
· Secure and review access to platforms, applications, software, Databases and Document Systems
Minimum qualifications, experience, skills and personal attributes:
· Degree in Computer Science or relevant or any relevant qualification
· Grade 12 school certificate
· Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in design, analysis, maintenance, monitoring, maintenance and support of ICT Business systems platform, applications, software and databases of in a client/server environment.
· Ability to plan, test, deploy, monitor, support and secure ICT platforms, applications, software, databases and document systems (ICT Business Systems) which include systems such as ERP – Sage, Pastel, HRMIS- Payrolls, RDBMS- MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.
