Job description
Momentum Mining Services Limited is seeking the services of a Driver for its football team-WAZA United Football Club(WUFC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transportation of players, staff and equipment for all club games and other team related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport players, technical staff, and officials to and from training sessions, matches, and official club events.
Maintain the club bus in a clean, roadworthy, and presentable condition at all times.
Conduct routine inspections and report any mechanical issues to the Team Manager promptly.
Adhere strictly to road traffic rules and club transport safety policies.
Plan and follow efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
Ensure passenger comfort, discipline, and safety during all trips.
Keep accurate transport logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.
Coordinate with the Team Manager to align transport schedules with team activities
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid PSV driver’s license.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in transporting teams, organizations, or institutions with a minimal incident record.
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle checks.
Grade 12 Certificate
Training in defensive driving or transport management will be an added advantage.
