Maintain positive relationship with customers to maximize sales
Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new product and services
Ensure that stock is requested on time and the sales flow is fully packed with fast moving and customer wanted items
Help set direction for sales channels in respect of standards and operating policies
Responsible for trade marketing, point of sales and brand development in respective sales channel
Keep track of stock level and shrinkage
Educate customers about product features, and loyalty programs to enhance sales
Ensure smooth and organized management of customers data, sales activities and follow up schedule
Restock shelves and display areas as needed to ensure product efficiently
Maintain detailed up to date records of clients interactions in the system provided by the company
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales flow
Ensure that monthly reports are submitted on 05 of every month
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a full grade 12
Must have a certificate or diploma in business related courses
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Must have minimum of 1 year sales experience
