JOB OPPORTUNITY: SHOP SUPERVISOR – LUSAKA
Zamharvest is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Shop Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities.
Ensure proper stock management and product display.
Lead, motivate, and train shop staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Prepare and submit daily sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or shop supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
