Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the Head of Design, producing high-quality visual content for a range of projects.

This position requires a designer who can deliver exceptional results under pressure, with minimal supervision, and who possesses a strong sense of creativity, detail, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visual concepts and designs for branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
Create content for social media, print, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the Head of Design to ensure projects meet deadlines and maintain visual standards.
Prepare and package final artwork for print and digital distribution.
Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Maintain a proactive and organised approach to managing multiple design tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is an added advantage (not a requirement).
Video editing or motion design skills are an added advantage (not a requirement).
