Job description:

To assist in delivering and monitoring work hardening, conditioning, and pain management programs, while facilitating effective employee return-to-work processes across Kansanshi and Sentinel mine sites.

What You’ll Do:

Support the implementation and monitoring of work rehabilitation programs to ensure successful return-to-work outcomes
Assist with coordination of multidisciplinary teams and manage follow-ups for employees in rehabilitation
Assist in delivering and monitoring work hardening, conditioning, and pain management group programs
Track program participation, progress, and compile reports for evaluation and continuous improvement
Facilitate communication between rehabilitation teams, medical providers, HR, and site stakeholders
Help identify and escalate complex cases requiring specialized intervention
Support the Coordinator in administrative duties, training, and updating rehabilitation protocols

What We’re Looking For:

Grade 12 Certificate
Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related allied health field (preferred)
Experience or certification in functional capacity assessment, work rehabilitation, or pain management is a plus
Experience or certification in group exercise instruction
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

Detail-oriented with good data management and reporting capabilities
