LSUC is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill up Part Time roles as Five Direct Enrolment Officer in 20 Districts of Zambia vacancies.

Responsibilities of Direct Enrolment Officer

A Direct Enrolment Officer (DEO) will manage prospective student inquiries and the enrolment process, maintaining student records, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating events, and supporting the admissions team by ensuring accurate data entry and timely adherence to procedures. DEO will be acting as the first point of contact, processing applications, managing student databases, and providing information about programs and admissions. 

Qualifications

Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
Diploma/Certificate Marketing/Business Administration or Equivalent
Teaching Methodology qualification added advantage
Computer knowledge literate
