Job description
Mungo Villas Apartments, a leading hospitality venue in Lusaka offering accommodation, event spaces, bar, and restaurant services, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary operations.
?? Position Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
Proficient in cooking Zambian and International cuisine
Background in Hotel Management and Food Catering (certificate or diploma preferred)
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and event-based meal service
Computer literate – able to use a PC for basic kitchen documentation, inventory tracking, and digital communication
Fluent in spoken and written English
Reliable, organized, and passionate about hospitality
