Job description
Key responsibilities include:
– *Client Collaboration*: Meeting with clients to discuss their vision, determining project requirements, and developing initial estimates for structure costs and building time.
– *Design and Planning*: Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
– *Project Management*: Directing staff, managing project teams, and ensuring work is done according to architectural plans.
– *Site Visits*: Regularly visiting building sites to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans.
– *Communication*: Developing and presenting design proposals, preparing meeting minutes, and liaising with internal and external professionals.
*Required Skills and Qualifications*:
– *Education*: A professional degree Bachelor In Architecture.
– *Experience*: Industrial experience is not a must. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, and other design tools.
– *Soft Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
*Specializations*:
– *Cloud Architect*: Designs and implements cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
– *Salesforce Architect*: Develops and implements Salesforce applications, requiring expertise in Salesforce security practices, data modeling, and solution architecture.
– *IT Solutions Architect*: Oversees the design and implementation of technical solutions, mapping business requirements to system and technical requirements.
– *Sustainable Landscape Architect*: Designs and implements sustainable landscapes, focusing on environmental stewardship and eco-friendly practices.
*Work Environment*:
– Architects work in various settings, including offices, construction sites, and remotely
