Introduction
As part of efforts to enhance its operational capacity, Vitalite Zambia is looking to upgrade its warehousing facility by installing a new loading bay. We are therefore inviting qualified and reputable contractors to submit expressions of interest and quotations for the following scope of works:
Scope of Works
Partial demolition of an existing wall to create an opening measuring 9 ft
(width) x 9 ft (height).
Installation of a new loading bay at the specified dimensions.
Supply and installation of a heavy-duty, weather-resistant pulldown door, fitted to the opening.
The door must include a secure locking mechanism suitable for commercial/industrial use.
All works must include necessary structural supports, lintels, and finishes
to ensure stability and safety.
The site must be left clean and safe upon completion.
Requirements
Interested suppliers/contractors are expected to:
Demonstrate proven experience in similar construction/installation works.
Provide evidence of company registration, tax compliance, and relevant
certifications.
Provide a detailed quotation, including timelines for completion of works.
Include references of previous clients for whom similar services were
provided.
Ensure all works comply with applicable building and safety standards.

Suppliers/contractors who meet the above requirements are invited to express their interest in writing and submit all necessary documentation and quotations to: operations.group@vitalitegroup.com
Deadline
All submissions must be received by close of business (COB), Friday 3rd October 2025.
