Job description
We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful head of operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing and overseeing installations at customer sites.
Arranging transport and logistics of equipment across Zambia
Onboarding and training new clients during go-live.
Solving problems as they arise – from technical hiccups to client concerns.
Leading field teams and setting the standard for operational excellence.
Reporting daily CAPEX and OPEX
Managing your own budget.
What we’re looking for:
A proven leader who can work independently.
Someone extremely practical and solutions-driven.
