We are seeking two motivated and skilled Electrical Engineers to join our team, with a strong focus on renewable energy solutions. The successful candidates will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining renewable energy systems that contribute to sustainable development across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
Design, install, and maintain renewable energy systems (solar).
Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for energy projects.
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems to ensure efficiency.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver energy solutions on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in electrical engineering or renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar or hybrid systems).
Proficiency in electrical design software and relevant tools is an added advantage.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic project environments.
