Job Opportunity: Agronomist – Consultant Marketing (Organic Fertilizer)
Location: Zambia (Nationwide)
Employment Type: Monthly Salary / Package (Negotiable)
A reputed Organic Fertilizer company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agronomist to join our team as a Consultant in Marketing Organic Fertilizers across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market organic fertilizers across various regions of Zambia.
Engage with farmers, cooperatives, and agro-dealers to create awareness and drive sales.
Provide agronomic support and training to customers on the benefits and use of organic fertilizers.
Travel extensively within Zambia to meet sales and outreach targets.
Deliver timely and result-oriented outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Agronomy or any Agriculture-related subject from a recognized University or Institution (including NRDC certificate holders).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture or agribusiness, preferably in marketing or field extension.
Skills & Competencies:
Energetic and self-motivated with a dynamic personality.
Fluent in English and conversant in regional local languages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Zambia.
