Uptime Global is commissioning a baseline study to assess water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services across ~ 1,500 rural schools and healthcare facilities in Central Province.
The study, is part of the SafeManzi programme, will guide the design of a Results-Based Funding model to strengthen professional water services in schools and health facilities. Using a digital survey tool built on the mWater platform, the study will capture data on sanitation, hygiene, menstrual health management, and water infrastructure functionality.
Qualified Zambian consultancy firms are invited to submit Expressions of Interest by 22 September 2025. Submissions should be sent to zambia@uptimeglobal.org.
