Key Responsibilities:

-Managing customs documentation and system entries
-Reporting on shipments and liaising with hauliers and clients
-Analyzing pre-alert documents and providing delivery schedules
-Ensuring effective communication of delivery issues or delays

Qualifications:

-Grade 12 certificate
-Three years of relevant experience
-Diploma in Clearing, Forwarding, and Shipping Management

Soft Skills:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent time management and attention to detail
