About the Role
Okavango Foods Limited is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control & Projects Intern to join our team. This is not a typical internship – it is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you will help design and implement our Quality Management System (QMS) using our ERP platform, while also supporting product development and project initiatives.

Successful performance may lead to a full-time position with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of the QMS.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, ZABS guidelines, and food safety requirements.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Work closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure standards are met.
Manage and track quality-related projects and product development tasks in ERP.
Generate and analyze ERP-based quality and project reports for management.
Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Quality
Assurance, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in food safety, quality assurance, and ERP systems.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Food Science/Food Technology background is an added advantage.
