Access Bank Zambia is looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its IT department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities:
Drive and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Ensure stability of IT systems and core banking platforms.
Lead major IT projects and manage vendor relationships.
Oversee IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
Guide and mentor the IT team while partnering with senior leadership.
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldIT RecruitmentIT Job Postings
10-15 years in senior IT roles (CIO/IT Director preferred)
Proven track record in digital innovation and transformation
Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CITM)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
