Keda Zambia Ceramics Limited is inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Front-End Loader Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
Load, transport, and dump materials in designated areas.
Perform basic checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 12 certificate.
At least 3 years’ proven experience as a loader operator.
Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Must reside in Lusaka.
Physically fit, disciplined, and reliable.
2. Mechanic
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on company machinery and vehicles.
Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Support safe and efficient operations by ensuring equipment reliability.
Requirements:
Minimum of Grade 12 certificate with technical/mechanical training.
Proven experience in heavy-duty mechanics.
Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
3. Export Operation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Handle export documentation and clearing processes.
Coordinate logistics for international shipments.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
Liaise with logistics companies, clearing agents, and internal departments.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 2–3 years’ experience in export operations, logistics, or clearing.
Strong computer skills (especially MS Excel).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attributes: Logic mind, responsibility, carefulness, and teamwork spirit.
