1. Basic Information
Position Title: Advertising & Marketing Planner
Job Type: Full-time
Department: Marketing / Branding / Planning
Reports To: Marketing Director / Planning Manager
2. Job Requirements
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Design, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in advertising agencies, branding firms, or in-house marketing departments.
Experience in independently planning or executing projects is preferred.
3. Professional Competencies
Strong skills in advertising planning, integrated marketing, brand promotion, and event planning.
Capable of independently drafting advertising proposals, PPT presentations, marketing strategies, and execution plans.
Familiar with integrated use of online and offline media channels (e.g. TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Baidu, OOH media, etc.).
Able to formulate targeted communication strategies based on client or product needs.
4. Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Xmind are a plus.
Good aesthetic sense and copy writing skills.
Data-driven, able to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
5. Soft Skills
Creative thinker with clear logic and strong execution.
Excellent communication skills for presentations and client proposals.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passionate about advertising and branding, with strong teamwork and sense of responsibility.
3. Bonus Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in notable brand marketing campaigns
Familiar with industries such as e-commerce, FMCG, culture & tourism, education
Experience in new media, short video, or live-streaming marketing
Strong proposal or business communication skills are a plus
